"We stayed for 8 nights. Everyone and everything was excellent. For people who visit Tokyo first time and need to use the subway for IPhone users can add to wallet ICOCA transit card and just add money on it. This card is accepted on all subway lines and monorail in Tokyo. "

"Very nice hotel. Recommend breakfast on floor 33. Great view and nice buffet. Sushi restaurant also very good but very hard without reservations. If you want to eat at a restaurant definitely make reservations . Park around hotel is beautiful walk with many nice photo ops. Nice 5k run if you do several laps. "The rooms were very spacious (especially for Tokyo) with plenty of space for personal belongings and luggage. The bathroom was small but standard for Japan. Furniture is a little dated but the room is very clean and housekeeping has to clean the room at least every 3 days even if you put a do not disturb sign but they do warn you. We were up on the 31st floor so could barely hear the street noise however the extract air in the bathroom was very noisy even with the bathroom door shut. Throughout...

"Very good hotel in excellent location. Strange eco cleaning policy though. In my view, to be green, you can clean up my room, but leave the sheets and towels I hang up. For this hotel, if you hang the Eco tag on the door, they will just change your towels and not tidy the room or make the bed. So, their room cleaning options are, DND don't come into my room at all, ECO just refresh my towels but don't clean the room, or standard which is clean and change everything.
