Most of them speak simple english and even when they did not understand, they had a translator phone to communicate with us. "We stayed here in hopes of seeing Mt. Fuji and got the best view. We enjoyed a relaxing day of rain, but woke to sun and a great view. The property is clean and staff freinsly. It was a birthday trip and they noticed it on my passport and created a sign and gift. Should’ve read the details on the website to bring food in, but they were willing to help. Will for sure stay if ever in the area again. "

"Property had doubled the price at check in and wanted us to pay them directly. I booked on Expedia thinking I had it all covered. Being in the middle of nowhere in a foreign county, I felt scammed. We had to look for a new place during the night on the fly. Worst part of our visit to Japan was this booking. I felt they knew they were the only option available nearby. "

"施設は出来立てで綺麗です。 一番気になったのは部屋のスリッパがあったんですがトイレのスリッパがないから部屋のスリッパで入らないといけないことが嫌でした。 トイレ用にも使い捨てスリッパを置いておいて欲しいです。"

"Property is not suitable for inclement weather - we stayed during winter when wind speed was high, the cabin was shaking and banging through the night, could not get any sleep. Owners should recognise this, and close the facility during inappropriate seasons even if it means losing business "

"５歳と１歳の子供を連れて利用しました。 二人とも体育館に大喜び。食事も部屋に隣接する小屋で完結するので、周りを気にせず楽しめます。 全体的にメキシコ風にカラフルにリニューアルされてますが、１４５年の歴史を誇る元の小学校の雰囲気も残していたりとリスペクトがあり、大人にとっては懐かしさも感じられる施設です。 気になる点はとくにありません。また訪れたい施設です。 "
