"local is wonderful, this is my 7th time picking here. but this time there were some surprises during this stay. The bathroom was very smelly. It was just too late when I checked in, so I didn't ask for a room change or extra cleaning. I just wasted a lot of perfume to improve it.Please pay attention. Also I remembered when I made the resv. there should be breakfast buffet included, but anyhow, I did not have. "

"Recently renovated since my last visit, my return to the Gotanda branch was a pleasant one. Check-in and check-out was seamless and any queries/requests we had were promptly handled by the wonderful staff. Complimentary coffee and tea are available in the lobby. Feel free to request and collect an iron from the reception if necessary. Rooms were proofed well and the in room facilities served us well. Always happy to return! "

"What made it amazing in my opinion is how friendly the staff were to help out. I don’t speak any for of Japanese so it was a struggle for them to communicate with me but they tried their best to answer my questions or anything I would ask. The staff here have to be some of the best I have ever seen "

"Clean, there is washing machine in the room so it’s very convenient to wash clothes. Room is abit small as there isnt enough space to open up our luggage. No TV channels at all so you have to pay if you want to watch movies. Quite a few convenience stores around the area and is just right outside tsujiki market which is very convenient. "
