"Very nice hotel. Recommend breakfast on floor 33. Great view and nice buffet. Sushi restaurant also very good but very hard without reservations. If you want to eat at a restaurant definitely make reservations . Park around hotel is beautiful walk with many nice photo ops. Nice 5k run if you do several laps. Bowling alley and theaters in basement if people want that "

"The rooms were very spacious (especially for Tokyo) with plenty of space for personal belongings and luggage. The bathroom was small but standard for Japan. Furniture is a little dated but the room is very clean and housekeeping has to clean the room at least every 3 days even if you put a do not disturb sign but they do warn you. We were up on the 31st floor so could barely hear the street noise however the extract air in the bathroom was very noisy even with the bathroom door shut. Throughout...

"Nice that it is near the train n bus station. I wish the hotel provided bus service from the airport. Also, hotel should provide bus service to the airport after 10.40am. We had to leave the hotel early to avail of their last trip bus service at 10.40 am when our flt was still at 6pm. If they had a later service, we could have left our bags at the hotel n hopped the train for more sightseeing."

"Hotel is safe and clean, but room is very small. Below are arcades and entertainment areas, a lot of youths seem to hang out here and leave litter around. Stations are 10-15 min walk away but there’s bus limousine nearby to and from airport, very convenient. Food options around the hotel are great as well. "
