Yes, room is smaller, but it is ok. However, the bathroom is very small and not enough ventilation. Later on I noticed the door is able keep open. It’s very heavy door. In generally the room is accessible."

"Our stay at Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel was excellent!!! It is centrally located so very easy to get to the subway system and Shabuya scramble. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The workout facility and sauna area were very clean and they had good equipment. There is also a nice swimming pool that is long enough to swim laps in. The rooms themselves were really nice and the beds were SO comfortable, we had the best sleep. "Very nice hotel. Recommend breakfast on floor 33. Great view and nice buffet. Sushi restaurant also very good but very hard without reservations. If you want to eat at a restaurant definitely make reservations . Park around hotel is beautiful walk with many nice photo ops. Nice 5k run if you do several laps. Bowling alley and theaters in basement if people want that "
