"This hotel is one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in. It is beautiful, wonderful staff members, service was impeccable and the restaurants are superb. The only hotel we will stay in when returning to London!!!!"
"Amazing Staff that really are customer focused, but not in an arrogant way that can be the case, and has been the case in other hotels we have stayed at."
"Wonderful place, excellent location, and admirable staff. One of the few places around the world where you can still get a high standard of customer focus. "
"Room was clean, lovely and large with a fridge to cool our drinks and 2 free bottles of water was a nice touch - breakfast had a good choice and was really nice "

Everything you want in a London vacation.
"Excellent service, great location for everything. Accross the street from the V and A museum, lots of restaurants, bus and metro on the block. Harrods a 5 minute walk, as well as Hyde Park a 10 minute walk. Great vacation. "
"My fiancé and I only stayed here for one night, as our flight into Heathrow came in quite late, but we wanted to get a good nights rest before we started our journey once again in the morning. I would like to point out first and foremost that this is the only establishment we stayed in during our two weeks in the United Kingdom that actually had central air. Definitely a plus for the fiancé, as he likes sleeping in the cold air! When we checked in, we received a complementary upgrade, which was also quite lovely. All that was available for food offerings in their bar area was pizza, but it was probably the best barbecue chicken pizza we’ve ever eaten! Our room was very comfortable, we were even provided a little espresso machine for our morning drinks. If you’re looking to stay around Heathrow airport and not break the bank, I would absolutely recommend checking out the Leonardo! "

"The only glitch is that everey time we phone the Concierge or the Front Desk from our room no one would pick up the phone so we had to go downstairs but overall good hotel. Not close to the main building but it does have an incredible view. Personnel is helpful."
