"Do not book the Classic Room, if you need an air-conditioner and/or usb and multiple plug options
The hotel is being renovated. The new rooms are quite nice, with A/C, and a few usb/plug options.

"Excellent service, great location for everything. Accross the street from the V and A museum, lots of restaurants, bus and metro on the block. Harrods a 5 minute walk, as well as Hyde Park a 10 minute walk. Great vacation. "
"The only glitch is that everey time we phone the Concierge or the Front Desk from our room no one would pick up the phone so we had to go downstairs but overall good hotel. Not close to the main building but it does have an incredible view. Personnel is helpful."
