"What an amazing visit for us.
We took our granddaughter to the O2 and your hotel was perfectly placed had delicious food so so clean and just better than most of the boutique hotels we have stayed in before
We Definately will be staying again and recommend you do the same
The hotel smelled amazing too. We can say with confidence we will be back time and time again "
"Made to wait until 3pm to check in which was the policy but ended with overcrowding of people waiting around the lobby and waiting areas and then wait time to check in as backlog of people to check in .. felt amateur , disorganised and unfriendly approach to customers "

The hotel is being renovated. The new rooms are quite nice, with A/C, and a few usb/plug options.

"Convenient, clean and comfortable hotel within a short walk of Waterloo. Staff were friendly and helpful, offering to store luggage at both ends of our break free of charge. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again."
"Excellent service, great location for everything. Accross the street from the V and A museum, lots of restaurants, bus and metro on the block. Harrods a 5 minute walk, as well as Hyde Park a 10 minute walk. Great vacation. "
"The only glitch is that everey time we phone the Concierge or the Front Desk from our room no one would pick up the phone so we had to go downstairs but overall good hotel. Not close to the main building but it does have an incredible view. Personnel is helpful."
