"Great experience at Novotel. It was in the perfect area and easily walkable to Mathew St., Liverpool One and Royal Albert Dock. Area was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside to our stay was the lack of proper air conditioning! It got fairly hot during the day. "

"Room overlooking train station. Rather noisy and irritating announcements every few minutes.
