"we bought the elite package and got excellent food on a separate menu from the regular all inclusive. supposed to get premium liquor on elite but did not get what we got in the past. just a couple of liquors or wines total that we got that the regulars did not. problem at check in when girl delayed our getting 1 bedroom suite for hours and tried to get us to accept a less expensive room over and over. bad experience. reported her to Fransisco the manager and we had our room in 10 minutes. he...

"Just came back from our first trip to Grand Riviera Princess. We have nothing but positive things to say! We enjoyed every second of our trip. The whole resort is maintained beautifully. The staff were accommodating and nice. The food was great and there were many options to choose from. The resort is huge so it was nice getting to walk around. Adorable wildlife all around to see as well. There was lots of entertainment as well as quieter pool areas for a more relaxed time. This place truly has something for everyone. We will definitely be returning. "
