"The room was clean and most things were fine (hot water not consistent and wrong wifi password given in the room though) and Ana was nice, but overall our check-in was difficult. The neighborhood seemed unsafe to arrive to at night and no one was there to let us in when we arrived (we only got in thanks to another traveler). "Dante was a wonderful host for our 8 day stay at Sunset Tulum. The area is surrounded by super cute shopping with a wonderful breakfast spot across the street.
