"After being given a very small room we were delivered to be upgraded to a much nicer room with a beautiful view and big balcony. Sadly only stayed for two nights but would have welcomed being given the bigger room on are. It’s a stunning location and the hotel is steeped in history but it’s the most expensive hotel we’ve stayed in… and in addition we had to pay extra for breakfast! Which was lovely but really £1k for a small room and breakfast not included! "

"Loved this place bc it is away from the crowded section of San Marco, but it is still on the Grand Canal as begins to go around Venice. The terrace on Grand Canal is a wonderful place for hanging out and the hotel is an easy walk from St. Marks, museums and designer shops.
