Activities were great, the elevator process was a little confusing and got very congested. The rooms were very sparse and could use some updating.

Breakfast was overpriced. Outside the pyramid facade needs major cleaning. The other side of the pool was closed for some reason. Saw no sign or received any Notification that it was closed. That pool needs to be open. Shower Heads had no pressure.

We lov staying here. There is much to do. Rooms are comfortable. We enjoy the Coronado Cafe and Del Mar Deli, but like the other restaurants as well. All staff are friendly and helpful. We don't like paying the resort fee when we don't use any of the amenities.

All was great for an older hotel. My only complaint was the worn towels. The location was great. The establishment was very well built and reminds you of NYC. We had breakfast at the America Restaurant and it was very good.

Unfortunately during this stay out shower was backed up and the shower handle broken couldn’t regulate the water temperature. Wasn’t offer at least the resort fees back since that was higher than hotel room price.
