"Simple and clean, comfortable beds, good food options nearby, wonderfully close to GCNP, great water pressure in the shower (no tub in our room), coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. (Note to staff: check the setting. It froze our leftovers.) I would stay there again!"

"Did not care for the idea that everything was wrapped and re-wrapped in plastic - at least the plates at breakfast were paper but didn't see any bin to recycle? Did appreciate the 3 large containers of tea & juice & lemon water - but plastic glasses wrapped in plastic. we were supposed to check in by 3 - no way - I made a scene & 1st room available was given to us - you need to hire more staff (that was the excuse given). but the room was lovely #431"

"Front Desk Staff ,Jeffery, was very helpful and pleasant. Location is great with a large park across the street. Price for Scottsdale was wonderful. However, the room itself: couch had stains and the shower wasn't operating properly. The stains were questionable so we turn the cushions upside down and it looked much better. The shower plumbing needs some work as more water seems to come out the bath spout than out the shower head. "

"Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and comfy bed (although two pillows not enough haha). There was 2 trains that came through, but we had the heater on the room because of a chilly night. So we did not really hear it that much. No free breakfast but the diner had really really great food and Schyler and Sabrina were both excellent servers. The murals were gorgeous, the pool and gazebo was very pretty as well. Definitely will be back."
