"This home was great to stay with a family but if you’re by yourself it’s scary because of the photos of the dogs being weird but in overall I did love the place in it’s condition.."

"This little hidden gem is a wonderful casita perfect for a couple's getaway while visiting Phoenix and its surrounding areas. The location is perfect for getting around. Steve was easy to work with and his backyard is literally a paradise. You do not need to pack much to stay here. The owners have thought about everything needed for a relaxing stay. Pack your clothes, swimsuit and you are set! From start to finish, our stay was wonderful. We will be back! Thank you for the amazing long weekend...

"Quick I didn't really dislike anything all good trip"

"We were impressed with the attention to detail by the hosts. From exact directions, to leaving the lights on for a very late arrival, to chocolates, fresh flowers & champagne awaiting us, to complete "Welcome" notebook we felt taken care of! The cottage is exactly as described. It is very clean, has a very complete kitchen & great beds. The washer & dryer in the cottage was a bonus. "Super cozy stay, had everything we needed. Perfect location, not too far from town but far enough to feel like a nice getaway. Our doggies loved it too and it even had a small dog run they could use. Although it’s right next to the main house, the entrance and deck are on the other side so it felt private and comfortable. We appreciated the details and paintings throughout the guest house. Will definitely come back when we’re in this area again."

"Owners did a great job with the remodeling. Back yard is really cool. Amenities are well provided. Plenty of eateries near as is a nice park for walking the dogs. All you need to bring is your toothbrush."

"Property was perfect for my 5 night stay, providing a full kitchen, allowing me to prepare all my meals (not a lot of options with that amenity near the park). Right off the highway (a short dirt road drive) and only 20 miles south of the entrance to the park, the location was perfect. House is designed to optimize sleeping space, but I would say more than 6 guests would be extremely cozy. Would definitely stay here again."

"Nice property the owner might want to say that there are 17 steps to the bathroom. It didn't bother me, but my wife was a little unstable from a recent surgery and had a little trouble with the stairs as they are quite steep."

"The check-in process was simple. The property was very nice and we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. It was a very comfortable place to stay. It was so nice to sit outside in the morning and listen to the birds The hosts were very nice and friendly and helpful. Thanks! We would definitely stay here again! 😃"

"The location is within walking distance of Cottonwood's old downtown with restaurants, etc., and half an hour from the maddening traffic of Sedona. The place is a stand-alone behind a main house, and thus quiet. It was clean, well-appointed and spacious. There were some wifi problems but the manager promised to fix this."

"Location was very convenient for visiting the Grand Canyon, about 25 minutes from the park entrance. Getting to the location was a bit of a challenge. The owner said not to follow my GPS and to use the link they provided. Well the link led me down several dirt roads and to a locked gate. I ended up just using my GPS and that took me to the correct location, literally could have taken a simple turn off the main road. Checking in was easy, just used a keypad.
