"Charming, newly renovated, historic boutique hotel right on Route 66 in downtown Williams. The beautiful modern decor maintains the historic charm of this original property. The owners have done a terrific job and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend as a stop on the way to the Grand Canyon. "

"Hotel and location were excellent. Two very small problem areas. 1. The elevators were very slow and bumpy. One had problems lining up and opening at each floor. The breakfast was very good but they were very slow restocking. Staff was excellent and very helpful."
