"I don't think this is 5 start hotel: 1) the property facilities are old, for example, the glass-door of shower room cannot prevent shower water leak to bathroom, always. 2) the swimming pool in basement is dark and dirty, with very bad smell, I didn't use but looked around. "Good location, options for food just outside. Hotel room decor is a little dated but still very clean and comfortable. Restaurant had some vegetarian options which were very welcome. Breakfast was very good, lots of options "

"The staffs were extremely helpful and friendly. They provided a warm service to us during our entire stay. The mattress was really comfortable that if you get out of the bed you won't disturb your partner at all. We loved it! Location is also good that it's within a short taxi ride to major train stations and famous places or interest. Breakfast selection is overwhelmingly huge - we felt that we were spoilt with the choices. We will definitely return next time we are in Hangzhou. "

"The stay was excellent. The staff r friendly and helpful. They always give a welcoming smile. I would like to suggest that the hotel line their dustbin especially the one inside the toilet because some guests absent-minded discard their toliet paper there, leaving behind a urine smell. While being green, the current methos is just not sustainable."
