"The hotel is located by the beautiful west lake, it is super clean and very quiet. The hotel helped me to arrange a hotel taxi (super clean Audi). "I don't think this is 5 start hotel: 1) the property facilities are old, for example, the glass-door of shower room cannot prevent shower water leak to bathroom, always. 2) the swimming pool in basement is dark and dirty, with very bad smell, I didn't use but looked around. "Nice surroundings but the villa is very cold in winter. We stayed a night in the winter. The villa was extremely cold. We called the front desk; a technician came to check and admit AC is not strong enough and would get a heater for us. But the heater never came and we had to call front desk again for a quilt. Avoid the villas in winters."

"Nice resort. Mainly visited by Chinese people so most of the staff is not speaking good English. The ones that do speak English really tried hard to help, though."

"It's about 5 - 10 min walk from Subway station. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, where you can take airport bus to the airport, need to buy ticket first at a tour agency nearby hotel (ask fo location at the hotel). Wifi is ok. "
