"It’s quite hard to find a pet-friendly hotel stay in China, but this place is out of expectation. My little boy Peanut Butter had a wonderful time here, playing with the hotel’s alpacas and having a lot of fun running around. The room with a well-decor and excellent lake view is extremely clean. We will definitely keep coming back for more nights!"

"Not where i normally stay in Hangzhou, as it's a bit far from where my meetings take place, but i wanted to try a hotel near the lake this time as i had a bit of free time. This little spot is an absolute gem, with some of the best service i've experienced in China. It reminds me of a Bali style boutique hotel, with a beautiful little courtyard to relax and have coffee/tea. The included breakfast was local style and quite nice. "Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on a high floor. Well kept property, everything looks new and clean. Staff were attentive and polite. Downsides : Dryer was faulty but detergent was provided for washer. No laundry basket. Would be helpful if there is a towel rack in the spacious bathroom, the clothes hook behind the toilet door is too high for an average height female. Pillows were too flat and bed too firm. Other than that, would love to return to stay"
