Our stay was a little wonky, as we arrived right after there had been a significant roof drain issue that caused what appeared to be pretty serious water damage to ceilings and walls in a couple of rooms. The owners Joan and Steve clearly had been working frantically to get things habitable for our stay. They made us feel very welcome and things in the house worked fine, but in hindsight I wonder whether the delay to remediation caused by...

"Loved the nostalgia! Mason street grill was amazing. The lobby bar had late night food! Room and view was amazing. Only suggestion would be to have a full length mirror. It was hard for two people to get ready. "

"Great check-in, comfy beds, and most importantly a very clean room. There was quite a bit of mechanical noise outside, but nothing that some white noise couldn’t fix."

Other than the attached bar/restaurant, there isn't much within a couple block walking distance, but there is quite a bit in just a short drive (probably best to Uber/Lyft as most of the parking is not free."

"Was first greeted by kind desk staff. Check in was easy. Parking was easy.. used the Public Market parking lot. Got a corner room and it was extra spacious. LOVED THE GIGANTIC window seat. Breakfast was legit. Entire facility was immaculate and the neighbohood felt very safe. Many walkable options to eat or get a drink."
