The reason why, I usually book flights with Expedia, but no hotels. "The front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful. They worked hard to get our group adjoining rooms, gave us suggestions in the area, and overall just super friendly. Pleasantly surprised by the complimentary food and drink in the executive lounge. Very convenient to the lake, riverwalk, Public Market, etc. Would definitely stay again."

"Greg and check in was phenomenal! After a long day of delayed flights and my luggage being missing, they were exceptional on check in. The room is gorgeous and clean! My service at the hotel restuarant was great as well, Shaun was an excellent server and the steak was delicious! I didn't have my luggage, but they sent me up a robe and slippers. Seriously 10 out of 10!"
