"Booked for a night whilst we stayed in Birmingham. Though it’s located at the back of the mailbox (great for bars and restaurants) it was super chilled especially for a Friday night. The surrounding areas vibe continued into the hotel where it’s beautiful and calm with the very friendly staff making the experience that much better. Would highly recommend!"

"I liked to quick lifts and plenty of them. I liked the friendly staff I liked the room, although small and a bit dated it was very clean and quiet I liked the air conditioning I didn’t like the bar food, it wasn’t very warm and such strange menu choices. I didn’t like the breakfast, it was cold and I had to change dirty cutlery twice ! The breakfast serving area was not kept wiped down, a messy counter serving top.
