"This is a budget hotel but has new carpets. The rooms have been painted and the rooms were clean. As I walked out two lots of maintenance staff went in with tools for repairs. This is not posh it is basic but the owners are investing. The restaurant building is not part of their operation, is closed and looks like a bomb site at this time but I think this hotel at half the price of others near by is acceptable if you just need a bed for the night. "For the price of the room, we were pleasantly surprised at the comfort and cleanliness. The building is basic and the room was very basic but it was clean and the bed comfortable for us. We were not able to get wifi even though they have it available. Not sure if it was a technical issue. But we were there just to sleep. The parking is located in the back through a residential area. We would stay again if in the area. "
