"Spaciousness surrounded by beautiful vistas. Outdoor living was divine and the interior extremely accommodating for us and entertaining local family members. We cooked then feasted and frolicked, in the sun then rested and snuggled when it rained. Everything is close and convenient for out-of-towners to access groceries and restaurants. Oh, there is a road runner bird who is very friendly too. We will book again. Thank you Dutch and team."

"My goal was to find a quiet place in San Marcos to recover from elective surgery....and that is exactly what I found! A well-appointed home with a newly renovated kitchen. The rooms were comfortable, and when it was warm enough, the back patio offered a private little oasis. We loved how close it was to a local grocery store, a variety of different restaurants, and we discovered a really interesting historic park a few miles away. If you are a super lite sleeper, I'd suggest using a white noise...

"It was fabulous we have to go again and stay on the lake. I have to say though we ordered room service. The fish and chip was all soggy so it was not great. My baked chicken was not cooked well enough and I was afraid to eat it. But we had breakfast in the dining area and it was quite good."

"The staff was really nice. The hotel was clean. The elevator was a little old and the kids were a little scared of it because it made creaking noises. The breakfast was included with the stay and they had a lot of food options. The gas station in front of the property had so many different snacks from around the world. "

"Customer service was great. Keep up the hard work specially the housekeepers. The only thing I didn’t like, the washer and dryer were expensive. ($3.00 for a wash and $3.00 dryer) "
