"Had a great week at this Condo with my adult children and 4 grandchildren. I highly recommend this condo for you next vacation. We all loved it. Location and beach was perfect as well as pool. Condo was very nice and you could watch amazing sunsets from your balcony every night and also saw the dolphins every day from the balcony and usually only a few feet from shore. I can not think of a negative thing to say. We loved our stay and hated to leave. It was an amazing place."

"We had a great stay at this property. We were able to check in early and everything was as advertised. The beach is steps away, the pool area is clean and has bathrooms available. Conveniently located close to excellent restaurants. Sweet sage is a must for breakfast lovers. We also enjoyed casa Italia located in Indian rocks beach. "I thought to it to be clean and charming.Eveything we needed for the beach and pool was available for our use. A quiet and comfortable place. Pots and pans and dishes were plentiful and nice. If I come back to the area I would like to book this unit again!"

"We had everything we needed and were able to walk to mini golf and restaurants in both directions. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The beds were much better than the average Vrbo bed. The pool and beach were wonderful. It was cold during our stay and there was still plenty of fun to be had."

"The room we stayed in (#1) was a weird set up. The area where the double bed is in is tight. Good for 1 person getting in and out of bed but not 2 as one side is against the wall. The kitchen area sink pipes rattled when in use. We were only there 2 nights so overall it met our needs. You do have a shared space in the back with others with 1 picnic table and a couple chairs on the dock although there were a set of chairs outside your door, and you had the use of the beach chairs in the garage....
