"Very clean, safe location, close to restaurants, and shopping. Only real issue with the property that we experienced was that our hot water heater wasn’t heating up. The maintenance guys came quickly, and fixed the issue. They were very professional, personable, and polite. Also, no on-site parking, which was a little inconvenient. Most of the parking around the hotel is only 2 hour parking between 8 am -6 pm. There are parking lots within a 10-15 minute walk. After 6 pm you can park overnight...

"The bed was not the most comfortable. Housekeeping barged in 15 minutes before we were supposed to be out, did not even knock. But the unit was clean and it was a quick walk to the beach which is just across the street. Plenty of other things within walking distance too. "

"Very nice accommodation for the weekend, despite the air conditioner being out of order. Property mgr handled the situation very professionally. There is a restaurant/bar and adult pool below. Be prepared for music, laughing and a lot of loud conversations until about 10pm. Then they are closed and it is silent. The view from our balcony was fantastic ….. sea birds and dolphins and we think we saw some manatee activity. Short drive to honeymoon island state park and beach , as well as downtown...
