"Just leaving from a great vacation! Amazing location so close to the water. Chair and umbrellas can be rented daily right on beach. Nice pool and spa area. Roof top area to watch sunrises and perfect view from beach to watch sunsets. Walking distance to John’s pass for many dining and shopping choices. Like that nobody is going in and out of your room during your stay. If you need towels or other supplies you put dirty ones in basket and circle what you need on the postcard in the basket set it out by 10 am and it’s refilled and sitting in front of your door by lunchtime. Staff is very friendly. Very clean. A little construction going on but not distruptive to our stay at all. "

"My wife and I booked this stay to celebrate a life accomplishment and share it with close family. The property was close to the beach, accommodated the number of family joining us, comfortable, well stocked with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, kitchen necessities…everything we needed! The property owner was in touch for check in and ensured all was good for us. The parking was great as was the outdoor amenities like the tiki bar and outdoor shower. The sleeping accommodations were nicely appointed. To keep it honest, the mattresses were harder than we all were used to. The kitchen utensils and appliances seemed quite modern as did the washer and dryer. Great way to celebrate and spend time at beautiful Madeira Beach."

"Five childhood friends turning 60, long weekend getaway and this was the perfect location. Short walk to shopping and dining, great weather and this house had everything we needed for the beach."

"Terrible communication upon hotels check-in process but once at unit it turned out to be a great! Spacious, clean, and loved the location. "

"We really enjoyed our week stay here.Pictures online don’t do this place justice.It’s a lot nicer then the pics show.We thought it was more apt/condo feel but no it’s a little cute costal resort feel with a really nice lobby area.Free coffee and water avail 24/7.Free keurig coffee pods everyday in your room.The grounds are clean with pool and hot tub.A sidewalk for you to stroll around the property and check out the marina on the other side of building.We really enjoyed the room facing the ocean as that’s where we got to see some amazing sunsets and after a day in the sun when you get a chill in the evening, the balcony was really warm to sit out until way after dark.We we’re pleasantly surprised to find Suoer Scoops ice cream right next door and beside that a Dunkin Donuts where we enjoyed alot of mornings sitting out on their patio.We brought our coffee’s from the resort and would only need to buy breakfast sandwiches.We we’re really able to keep the cost down alot of mornings.Waffle house was on the other side of the resort.When it was open it was packed.Food must of been good but it was so freezing cold in there, we literally couldn’t eat in there.The trolley bus stop is right out from.You can take it to Pier 60 in Clearwater.The bird sanctuary is a must, its free in Indian Shores.Take the free ride bus to the town of passé a grill.Little flea markets down there on wkends.We would definitely stay at this resort again.Lina and girls at the desk go above and beyond 😀"

"Very friendly manager! You get an email with check in door code since there is no office. I hadn’t received that yet but the manager was very accommodating! It’s conveniently located right across the road from a beautiful beach, with a few good restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and stocked room with kitchenette and comfortable sleeping. Would stay here again! "
