"I booked this hotel as i was working in Cagliari but disntwant to stay in the city. Ita classws as a 4 star ans its definitely not, maybe jyst about a 3 stat but thats it. Staff were freindly and overall it was fairky clean, i was on tge 2nd floor and the internet didnt work during my stay, i did complain but it sidnt get me anywhere. Beautiful outdoor pool and the restaurant served nice food but a very limited menu. "

"Our room 6 in the residence building was spacious. The bathroom was nice, plenty of towels, great water pressure in the shower, but ran out of hot water when showering easily. Ants in the clothing cabinet and also on the floor near it and near the foot of the bed. Kitchen functional, but the only frying pan was old scratched Teflon. Stove and pan not suitable for cooking steaks. Bed not very comfortable. Hot tub near the pool did not work. Appearance of hotel is that it needs updating. Staff...

"Our room 6 in the residence building was spacious. The bathroom was nice, plenty of towels, great water pressure in the shower, but ran out of hot water when showering easily. Stove and pan not suitable for cooking steaks. Bed not very comfortable. Hot tub near the pool did not work. Appearance of hotel is that it needs updating. Staff friendly/helpful. I sent a message to the hotel through Expedia asking if they could send my husband's swim trunks to us (forgot them in the bathroom). We would gladly pay postage. No response from the hotel. Disappointed in that."
