"Located by a beautiful beach, very quiet in October leading to a peaceful sunny stay. Mario was very responsive and left us a welcome parcel of sweet treats. Villa was very clean and has lots of positives, comfortable mattress, great hob, fridge freezer, washing machine etc. some modernising would benefit the overall experience especially bedroom furniture, bed is very low and chest of drawers do not close or open easily. However we adjusted to the rustic charm and the location so close to the beach and easy distance to Vallasimus and its stunning beaches for a chilled week away was great. Thank you."

"First of all, we were actually impressed and glad that upon arriving early in the morning with no notice to the hotel, they had our room ready. But then once seeing the room - dirty and stuffy, we weren’t too happy anymore. Food is a buffet, so expectations weren’t high to begin with. It is self served, including beverages. The hotel will provide you a “taxi” company business card and they charge you double what the the local taxi cabs will but won’t tell you anything about how to get a hold of a local taxi. We kept the number of a taxi driver from the airport and stuck with him for the remaining of the trip once we realized that the hotel had no intention of helping us out. I also left behind a pair of earrings of no monetary value, but definitely sentimental, had to check out at 4am for an early flight and I forgot to grab them off the table. I reached out to the hotel via email, since their phone never works, and asked if there was any way the earrings can be returned to me, they never responded. Didn’t surprise me though! Anyways, the beach is gorgeous!!! Only good thing about the whole stay. Definitely would not recommend staying here. But maybe close by due to how beautiful the beach is."

"Seven of us (2 families) stayed for a week in August and we truly enjoyed our holiday. The photos are accurate although everything on them looks slightly bigger. The communication with Marilena was ok as long it was via texts/emails, her English is very basic but we managed without any issues. She gave us detailed instructions and a short video of how to get to the property. During our stay we needed her advice and she responded within 2-3 hours. The house is well equipped with everything you might need, lots of bathroom towels and towels for the beach. We found the beach chairs/umbrella very handy. The Wi-Fi worked well with 4-5 of us using it at the same time. There’s only one parking space in front of the house, so if you arrive with two cars as us, the second car can be parked for free on the end of the road - few minutes walking from the house. The garden is much smaller than it looks on the pictures but it’s beautifully maintained. There are no showers/foot washers on the beach so the garden shower was very useful to rinse off all the sand before entering the house. The best part of the house is the terrace overlooking the beach. Overall it was a perfect place and an amazing holiday."

"“Perfect” is insufficient to describe our holiday in the most beautiful home with the most warm and accommodating hosts. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. We were 4 adults and 3 children aged 8, 10, and 12. We had plenty of rooms for everyone to be together and have privacy. The views were spectacular. The pool got plenty of use in the afternoon and evenings. The beach was within walking distance, but you could also drive down to it. We spent our early hours on the beach and had lunch in the beach cafe there. Our hosts, Luciana and Dominique, were so attentive to our needs. Before our arrival, I asked Luciana for assistance in arranging a fishing excursion, winery tour with a driver and a chef to come to the villa to cook dinner a couple of nights. Every request was met quickly and communicated with efficiency. They were so kind and warm-hearted making sure we were enjoying ourselves. We could not have asked for a more relaxing holiday. We take back home beautiful memories with our family, and the generosity of our hosts."

"Nice owners, well presented property with stunning views over "little Capri" bay, particularly enjoyable for relaxing evenings with a glass of your favourite drink. West facing so amazing sunset views. House well equipped and nice outside area. Path immediately below house entrance for access to rocks and great snorkelling. Location great for calm and access to sea but therefore car necessary or accept a long ish walk to amenities in the village. Lots of space in house and well equipped. Only missing item which would make it perfect would be air-con as heat in mid summer extreme, which means open windows at night which means mosquitoes. With a car, the beach at Torre delle Stelle is 2-3 minutes, other beaches (around every corner) 5-10 mins, and Villasimius amazing beaches 20 mins. Recommend a boat tour either from Villasimius or Cagliari. Owners friendly and very helpful. A very nice holiday. Thank you."

"This vacation home was amazing- it is difficult to figure out what to praise first! There are so many wonderful things about this home and its location. The photos on VRBO are accurate but the house is much better in reality than the photos. We spent the majority of our time on the balcony overlooking the sea. There is so much to observe from there! Sailboats and boats coming in and out of the cove, fleeting glimpses of dolphins, views of two beaches, swallows, tortoises, paddle boarders, people swimming and snorkeling. All this is going on below, but the house is very private. The garden is large The house was immaculately clean and well- decorated in a very Italian/Mediterranean style. There are plenty of dishes and cooking supplies, but very good restaurants within a couple kilometers if you want a break from cooking. We got a lot of exercise by walking around the area- be sure to use the many pedestrian staircases to avoid always walking on the road. You can walk to the nearest beach in less than 10 minutes by walking down the road and then a staircase. We mostly swam and snorkeled at the house by going down the house’s private staircase. We also were able to rent an inflatible paddleboard (SUP) and kayak in Cagliari that we used many times, though carrying them (in a backpack) up and down the stairs was a “great” workout. Monica, the host, was available at all times via texting, and provided us with a great deal of information before and during our trip."

"We loved our stay in this beautiful area with a comfy stylish house and amazing quiet large beach! Great family location. Food markets nearby and a few restaurants. The ocean is clear blue and refreshing to be in. Not far from Cagliari to make trips there if needed. We just relaxed and enjoyed our time together. Thanks Alessandro!"
