"Hospitality was on point--receptionist helped us book our airport taxi, recommended some great eats. Location was sublime--15 mins walk to Poetto beach, 5 mins walk to a grocery store, lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby, plus near many bus stations as well. One criticism from me is the hotel creaks and have a lot of sounds, i.e neighbour flushing, clanking in vents/walls, etc. I am a heavy sleeper so no issue for me but may pose a problem to light sleepers.
