"The payment process. I had to ring up expedia to clarify. It seemed like i was been charged by the property upon arrival. By ringing expedia they were able to find out that they were charging the expedia virtual card. There was no need for the property to have me sit there while the virtual card was been charged. They should have done that either before i arrived or after i left. They also made a big deal of cleaning the apartment before we left but they did not have adequate cleaning supplies...

"The accomodation was very clean, exactly how it was shown in the pictures. Stefano is a really nice host, if we had any questions he immediatly answered. "I loved the garden and sitting area outside .The area is residential so having a car is better. We stayed 5 nights it took us time to fix the Ac because its one big room divided in two . When one was cool the other was super hot and vice versa . . We figured a way to stay cool at once the last day . Very clean and pleasant otherwise. The beach is not far , but we prefered Poetto with all the amenities on the beach ."

"We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa with a well-appointed kitchen, exceptional space, and beautiful location. Local beach was 5-10 minute walk and definitely worth visiting. I would strongly recommend renting a car as we paid an exceptional amount for taxis to Cagliari and Villasimius. We had difficulty arranging taxis home from Villasimius and for our return trip to the airport; would rely on rental car next time."

"The place is very nice with the terasse and the stunning view. Air con is well functioning and the bath room facilities are ok. Nice that the host provided us with beach towels and chairs. However, the place is somewhat over-priced. We booked for five but couldn't get a discount when it showed that we would only be four there. This was within the cancellation limit. The communicarion with the host was unpleasant and hesitant in this process."

"Es handelt sich bei der Unterkunft um ein herziges Häuschen mit einem sehr schönen Garten und einem kleinen Pool. Im und ums Haus ist alles vorhanden. Wcpapier/Haushaltspapier/Servietten/ Putzmittel/ Abwaschmittel/Duschmittel/ Waschmaschine u Waschpulver. Genügend Möglichkeiten zum Wäsche aufhängen. Ausserdem hat es einen Trockner. Die Küche dürfte besser ausgestattet sein. Das Haus liegt abseits und man braucht ein Auto. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir können das gut weiterempfehlen."
