"Good location for walking to various areas in central London. Hyde park was always lovely to walk through. Check in was seamless, room was a nice size, clean and lovely large tub! The bed mattress was pretty firm not my liking but that’s a personal preference. Overall, great experience! "

"Was looking for a property outside congestion zone with parking and close to public transportation. 2 tube stations within 10 minutes. Bus and hop on and off right outside door. Decent restaurants nearby. Lovely outside patio to enjoy a drink or have breakfast. Room was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not a 5 star but almost a 4. "

"Really enjoyed our stay here -- a great location for families with small kids with a great playground a few blocks away (though the closest tube station does not have a lift so lots of carrying strollers up stairs). We stayed in a junior suite and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was (for London/Europe). Room was very clean as well. Would stay again!"
