It’s quirks--steps up into the bathroom—were more than offset by its assets—good natural light, excellent bedding, lots of hot water, incredibly quiet. Especially enjoyed the central location—steps from upscale shopping, restaurants, Buckingham Palace, Green Hill tube station. "

"Fabulous stay,would happily stay here again. We were greeted warmly by Juna on reception who kindly upgraded us to an executive room with free minibar and view of the runway. Thanks!. Everything in the room was spotlessly clean and the bed super comfortable. Bar prices were reasonable too. "
