"Was looking for a property outside congestion zone with parking and close to public transportation. 2 tube stations within 10 minutes. Bus and hop on and off right outside door. Decent restaurants nearby. Lovely outside patio to enjoy a drink or have breakfast. Room was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not a 5 star but almost a 4. "

"We stayed here for 3 nights as it is a great location for going to the Royal Albert Hall which is just across the park. There was some property maintenance going on at the time but it did not interfere with our stay but we have scored slightly lower because of this. Queensway Tube is around the corner so getting around was easy, we discovered the local area and found lots of bars and restaurants. The breakfast is basic continental but plenty to choose from. For 3 nights our room was clean and...
