Front desk was not manned all the time - had to cross the road to a different hotel for service, which made checking in not a very seamless process. There are no lifts in the hotel, but they do have staff to help with the bags. Room is old - laminate was chipping off the table - but it was clean."

The shower temperature was fantastic but the pressure left a little to be desired, and the beds were a bit harder than we’d have liked but overall these were minor preferences that didn’t negatively impact our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of outlets, and the proximity to Paddington station makes this an excellent find and a bargain for the price! "
