"The location of this vacation rental is fantastic. We enjoyed both waterways, and got out on the kayaks for a sunrise paddle on our last day there. The kids loved the pool, the parents loved the hot tub, and the house was comfortable for the baby shower we hosted. The showers besides the master suite shower were slow to warm, and did not ever get fully hot. The downstairs shower was slow to drain. "This is a great little complex with a very nice pool and location. Beach was across the street a very short three minute walk to watch the sunsets. Close to some local restaurants with great food to walk to. 10 minute ride to John‘s pass for shopping and restaurants as well. We had no complaints about our stay here! We arrived in the dark, so were a little confused about where to pull in or park to find our building but outside of that no complaints!"

"While staying there, a fellow tenant who is also a vacation rental owner from the FL Panhandle mentioned the Jacuzzi/pool pump has pressure problems and / or an air leak. The Jacuzzi was very difficult to get to function ideally. With a repair/service to address that issue, you probably wouldn't need to put the rooms "on sale" & charge the full market price. Great location, just steps from the beach, and right across from Indian ROCKS Grill, though. Overall, a nice weekend getaway. Never heard...
