Located at 19610 Gulf blvd. in the heart of Pinellas County Gulf beaches, this oceanfront condominium is recognized for its intimacy, charm, and direct private access to the white sand beaches of the Gulf. The beach is literally steps away!

Apartment 305 has been beautifully updated. Located on the 3rd floor, a spacious 1,300 sq ft. unit decorated and furnish, with a cozy costal style that does not lack sophistication. With self-check in (keypad entry), guest enjoys easy access to the condo, with1 building elevator, and two stairways. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, tile floors, luxury vinyl flooring, surface granite counter tops, full kitchen and bar counter. Master bedroom with king bed , large flat screen smart tv, and private bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 full beds, and large flat screen smart tv and a 3rd bedroom with a queen size bed and large flat screen smart tv.
All bedrooms are equipped with a similar set of amenities.

Kitchen includes all major appliances, and is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The dining room provides seating for 8-10 comfortably. Living room boast a large 72 inch smart flat screen tv with Wi-Fi and cable is included. A comfortable sofa with a pull out bed is also included for your convivence. If there was a lack of entertainment, a full size foosball table, and board games are included for your enjoyment. COMPLIMENTARY USE OF BEACH CART, TOYS, CHAIRS, COOLER, UMBRELLAS AND MORE!!!

This condo has all the comforts of home directly on the beach with views of the intercoastal waterway. Relax and watch the boats cruise by. Convenient trash shoots and coin laundry room on all floor levels makes leisure living possible. Keyless entry allows guest private access to the beach, pool, and unit. Fresh water is offered at beach entrance for easy rinse off. Enjoy Florida living at it's best after the beach by the pool. The heated pool is located on ground level with loungers and umbrellas, with a guest pool restroom. The large pool area is the place to be sunbathing, swimming, or just relaxing. Feel free to enjoy the charcoal grills located opposite side of the pool. Ground level includes 1 assign guest parking space, and limited free first come first serve spaces. Additional city pay and park spaces are available right across the street.

Surrounding Area Activities-
Indian Shore Beach is just a 10-minute ride on the beach trolley to John's Pass Village, a large marina, shopping and dining complex that offers a variety of water sports rentals, dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. Ten minutes to the north, you'll find another marina and a variety of shops and restaurants at Clearwater Beach, also home to the Clearwater Aquarium. Enjoy fresh local seafood at the award-winning Salt Rock Grill and mini golf at Smugglers Cove (both walking distant). Or casual eateries like Keegan’s and Guppy’s, watch the sun set over cocktails at The Pub or stop by the iconic Lighthouse Donuts for a quick snack, all just minutes away! Conveniently located near Tampa International and St. Petersburg-Clearwater Airports.

Peaceful Place
This condo was a bit of a surprise when I walked in. Visibly the layout, decor, etc. all met what I was expecting but I was not facing the beach, couldn't see it either. Somehow during the booking process and the long-awaited anticipation of arriving I completely missed this isn't ocean view - and that was *MY* fault. I may have pouted for a few moments, but it quickly became a non-issue. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo; it was ocean front and made access to the beach quick and efficient like we like it. The pool was wonderful. Access to washer/dryer was very close to our room so no lugging things far. Any minimal hiccups with Wi-Fi or how things worked were met with almost lightning speed response and worked out asap. The condo was super clean. It was such a relaxing and peaceful space. We would totally stay here again if dates/availability align.

Loved the location. Great 3 bedroom condo that met all of our needs. Very well stocked with vacation needs! Our only negative was how bright two of the bedrooms are at night from the outside security lights & no balcony.

Condo was nice. Location is great being right on the beach and was within walking distance to Indian Shores coffee and other restaurants and entertainment. We later found Pipo and Betty's coffee which with a baby and the heat was too far to walk (~1.5 Mile) but was AMAZING! Condo clean upon arrival, and good size for the 5 of us plus the baby. Any questions were answered quickly by the host. Thanks for hosting us

Wonderful Mothers/Daughters Trip
Host is highly responsive and very helpful. Condo was clean, updated & right on the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys & a small cooler were all in the condo! Shampoo, conditioner & body wash were provided making air travel easier. Trolley schedule/direction took a minute to figure out. Printed schedule is available or an app. I prefer the text method which auto replies, including upcoming pick up times. Less than 10 minutes to Johns Pass. ~30 minutes to Clearwater. Trolley itself is very nice & air conditioned. Children ride free! Not all drivers may mention this ;) Overall beautiful & comfortable experience. Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay to enjoy Indian Shores
The host was extremely responsive, let us check out an hour later and had the condo super clean and organized for our stay. Everything was set up, easy to access and had everything we needed for our multi-family vacation with five kids! I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Had family come into town for a visit. Wanted an quiet beach trip and this property was perfect. Located right on the beach. Sleeps 8. We were a party of six and had plenty of room. Only downside is the closest supermarket is on the mainland so it’s a little bit of a drive.

We had an amazing week at this property! We stayed there with our 4 young daughters and my parents that are in their 60’s. The weather was perfect and the room itself was well stocked! From things like salt and pepper to fans, cooler, high chair, pack n play, sand toys and games. Better than any other condo we’ve stayed in! The room was clean and loved the decor. The beach and pool were never overly busy when we went and we always had a spot with plenty of room to set up for the day. The location is wonderful. The only thing we could say to improve the condo experience is maybe a little more lounge seating. The couch only held a few people for the larger size of the condo. The pillows were also very large and hard to sleep on, especially for our little kids. The condo building itself is in need of some updates, as it is pretty old. The chairs around the pool were very old and run down, BUT one of the people working there shared they ordered BRAND new ones that they were waiting to come in. You will have codes/keys needed to get everywhere. You’ll need one for the stairs, elevator,pool,room, and beach. Great for safety but does take some extra time and memorizing. The elevator was very small and didn’t seem to be working properly. There was lots of waiting. Overall we had a wonderful time! We loved the condo and the area of Indian Shores. We would definitely return to stay again!

Great Location!
The location of this was perfect. It was right on the beach which was pretty quiet and not crowded at all. It had a nice pool for the kids. The only thing I wish it had was a washer/dryer in the unit. But the unit itself was very nice and spacious and worked well for my family (4 adults, 2 kids).

Great place!
Clean, updated property that had decent pots and pans to cook with. Comfortable beds with enough dining room seating for our family of 6. Had a tea kettle (which we appreciated as non-coffee drinkers) and right on the beach! Only complaint is there seems to be only 1 elevator for the whole property and it’s pretty slow. Our host was responsive and helpful with my questions, would recommend staying here!

Amazing Retreat
I have used VRBO several times and this has been the best experience so far. The condo was clean, cute and the location is amazing. The beach is right in the backyard. Walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Yung was very responsive and had great communication. She pays attention to the details to make your stay great. Forgot a sound machine? No problem, she has one in each room. Young kids? There were two pack n plays, a very nice/clean high chair. No need to purchase or rent beach supplies. There is an entire chest full of every kind of beach toy. Several beach chairs are available, two umbrellas, a cooler and a cart for easy hauling to the beach. The beds were very comfortable, fully stocked kitchen with all essentials and plenty of towels for the bath and beach. Thank you Yung for a wonderful trip! If we’re ever back in the area I would most definitely stay again.

Perfect place for a low key beach family vacation
This property was very clean and sits right on the beach!! This 3 bedroom property was very comfortable! We have stayed at condos that had super uncomfortable beds but these beds were very comfy! It doesn't have a balcony but this makes the inside living space even bigger! The owner was super easy to work with and answered all my questions right away. Thank you so much for the great experience!!

Indian Shores Condo
The communication with the owner was incredible. Text messages and emails prior to check-in and then a follow-up post check-in to see if everything was okay and inform me he was able, don't hesitate to contact him if we needed anything. I noticed the cleanliness of the condo, it was outstanding. The condo had everything you could need for the beach and pool, coolers, beach chairs, wheeled cart, towels, etc. The refrigerator was stocked with water and drinks which was beneficial due to our later arrival time. The foosball table was a huge hit, great fun! I definitely will be looking to book this condo again for our next trip to Indian Shores.
