"Short but sweet stay. Booked after running the Edinburgh Marathon. I had messaged ahead of time to enquire if there was a bath tub in the room. Heather was dealing with our messages. Very accommodating. Also arrived to a nice welcome note and some chocolates in the room. Little things but just made the stay that bit more special. We ate at the antico bar restaurant and again, staff just so attentive. I would say the pictures on the website don’t do the hotel justice. Our room looked fantastic...

Room had some balloons and banners put up for my wife as it was her birthday which was a nice touch. Used the leisure facilities and spa which were both very good. Nice walk down to Portobello beach too and Fort Kinnaird shopping not too far away for cinema & restaurants"
