"Eden Locke was one of our favorite stays ever. The staff is very attentive and accommodating. They really want to make sure you have a phenomenal stay. Having a full kitchen and washer/dryer combo is clutch. The room was very clean and modern. This hotel literally thinks of the smallest details to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. It's in a very central and walkable location. Having a cute coffee shop in the same building is very convenient. We'd be happy to stay here again or check out...

"The staff was friendly and helpful. Construction surrounding the hotel resulted in water damage/leaks requiring multiple stinky buckets just outside our door for the entire stay. It was difficult to enter/exit the room without getting wet, especially when carrying luggage. Some maintenance (broken switch) in room, but the maintenance staff was pleasant and resolved the issue within a day. Room was large."

"The hotel boasts the best location for tourists among branded hotels in Royal Mile Edinburgh. We took a three-day hiking trip to Loch Ness and came back at 6pm. The drop-off point at Lawnmarket is just 2 minutes walking from the hotel, so that we still had a lot of time in early evening to revisit the Edinburgh old town center. On the second day, we had to take an early flight back to Seattle, and the airlink stop to the airport was just 10 minutes walking from the hotel. "

"This is a nice hotel overall. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. There was no desk, microwave, or a true refrigerator. There was plenty of hot water. Our biggest complaint was our room was hot and there is no air conditioning. We did open the windows and that help some. The restaurant and bar have the same menu. There are not a lot of selections and there are no other restaurants nearby. "

"Tired hotel, rooms are in need of refurbishing. The view over Princes St park is beautiful. The noise from the tram is awful, definitely take your earbuds!!! Didn’t try the restaurant so can’t comment. Wouldn’t stay again due to the noise from outside unless they replaced their windows!! "
