Pan Pacific offered luggage transport to the cruise ship for a gratuity, we were surprised to be upgraded to a beautiful suite: dining table six chairs, huge bathroom with large jetted tub, rain shower and separate area with toilet and bidet. There was also a half bath, sitting area and office space "

"I wish when I arrived I would’ve been able to stay at the property earlier, but you were all booked and I’m glad I got to spend my last two days with you. I loved my room. It was amazing just to see the waterfalls outside the window off the balcony, and it was so much easier for me to walk around the corner than having to drive when I stay on the other side my next vacation will be with You again I’m hoping to come back less than a month from now and we will be coming to stay there for sure.
