"I didn't like that the staff told me to hand the keycard back to them. I argued that it was my right to keep it in possession as it has confidential information on it. Staff was persistent that they would destroy the keycard"

"Overall its awesome. There are options available with a full kitchen that jas utensils etc. My only real complaint is becasue there are no windows that open in the bedroom (which i do get beong that its a high rise) .. it makes temperature control doffocuot. They supply a small portable ac/fan. But with ywo people in there it didn't really do much. And the placement of the toilet paper is odd. You basically have to reach behind yourself to get it. Definitely awkward placement. "

"Parking is a nightmare. I only got instructions for parking after I checked in. Lobby is on the 12th floor and elevators are touch pad outside elevators. "
