We were in an accessible room and the telephone didn’t work. The staff at the front desk was so misinformed. The vending machine on our floor didn’t work, there was no sign on it. We had to go all the way to the lobby from our tower 3 times to get tokens for vending machines because the front desk staff gave us incorrect information about which floor the vending machine would work. In the end we had to walk all the way to another tower to get to the working vending machine. The temperature control system in the room is so bad, it turns on to either too cold and then turned off to make the room hot, all of us had stuffy noses the next day. While we were there our elevator also got stuck and the door wouldn’t open. Luckily upon trying a couple of times, the doors opened themselves but it’s clear they need maintenance. The location of the hotel is great, and they give you coupons for nearby attractions & restaurants. But honestly, it wasn’t a hotel I’d be returning to again. Go with Marriot!
