"The home is amazing and it was such a great place to bring a large group. As other reviews have said, it could use some updates, but we thoroughly enjoyed the place and will comeback next year! The property is not in Buford and it was listed as such. It is in Gainesville on the backside of the lake. Hopefully VRBO corrects this. The owner was great to work with."

"We stayed here over Memorial Weekend for a family wedding at the Bradford house and Gardens. The location was perfect. The house had plenty of room for our family to spread out. The beds were super comfortable. We loved the patio for our morning coffee. The only thing that caught us off guard was that the driveway was pretty steep and found it easier to park at the bottom of the driveway. The host made us brownies which was a delightful treat."

"We ended up needing to come to town for our nephews graduation. This location was perfect for us and was within 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to be. The views were great and we enjoyed our time in the pool while watching the birds and lizards we don’t have around us at home. We will be returning on our next visit out!"

"This was the perfect hosting location for the annual reunion of our friends and their ever-expanding family units. With all families having their own bedroom and bathroom, and the close proximity to Atlanta's airport, this was an ideal location. Plus, you can't beat the lakefront location. "The house was very cute and very accommodating. The owners of this house have true hospitality. The yard down to the lake is very steep so make sure youre ready to make the hike back up. It was very secluded and dark. If youre trying to get away from city life and bright lighrs.... this little cabin is definitely a great choice!
