"Eagle Ranch Estate is one of the best family vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. First, there was room for everyone for sleeping. That is so important for a big family (18 members). The two kitchens and outdoor cooking areas gave us plenty of room for fixing meals and eating together. "Driving through green pastures and passing the lake, we arrived to a small paradise. As we walked up to the house, we saw the hot tub and fire pit. Walking into the small abode felt like we were in a small wonderland. The kids were ecstatic seeing the bunkbeds and the upstairs bedroom had an unexpected bonus- skylight. "Check in was good. Interior of property was great, anything you need for a stay was provided. Although if you plan on doing alot in a fry pan, you might want to bring a large one with you. Only negative was the outside area. Screened porch area ,that we hoped to enjoy, was dirty with cobwebs etc. Needed a good cleaning. No lights operable to boat enclosure down path to lake. Kayaks were unusable, needed pressure washing. I'd like to know if the boat that hasn't been registered since 2020 and...

"The home is amazing and it was such a great place to bring a large group. As other reviews have said, it could use some updates, but we thoroughly enjoyed the place and will comeback next year! The property is not in Buford and it was listed as such. It is in Gainesville on the backside of the lake. Hopefully VRBO corrects this. The owner was great to work with."

"We stayed here over Memorial Weekend for a family wedding at the Bradford house and Gardens. The location was perfect. The house had plenty of room for our family to spread out. The beds were super comfortable. We loved the patio for our morning coffee. The only thing that caught us off guard was that the driveway was pretty steep and found it easier to park at the bottom of the driveway. The host made us brownies which was a delightful treat."

"We ended up needing to come to town for our nephews graduation. This location was perfect for us and was within 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to be. The views were great and we enjoyed our time in the pool while watching the birds and lizards we don’t have around us at home. We will be returning on our next visit out!"
