"We enjoyed our stay . The neighborhood was so quiet you felt like you were miles and miles from civilization but yet every convenience you needed was really just 10 minutes away. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Everything was in working order. Would def recommend for families looking for a getaway."

"The house was very cute and very accommodating. The owners of this house have true hospitality. The yard down to the lake is very steep so make sure youre ready to make the hike back up. It was very secluded and dark. If youre trying to get away from city life and bright lighrs.... this little cabin is definitely a great choice! The owners were very responsive to my texts and are very personable. Loved our stay!"

"Love this place. Very well appointed and clean. Every detail was thought out about this place. This is a huge convenience and we appreciated being able to drop in and relax. "The house had plenty of space for us and a beautiful view of the lake from the dock. It was clean and had many basic provisions like soap and shampoo. Plenty of parking space in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool table and foosball when it rained. Otherwise, we were out on the dock, under the shade structure, enjoying the view and doing some fishing. Beautiful sunsets! The property managers, Evolve, were great communicators. I'd give it all 5 stars, but the path to the dock is unfinished,...

The property, the house, the hot tub, and the horses were all perfect! The manager, Carla, was extremely communicative for anything that we needed at any time. "This property was ok. There is alot that can be done better. Starting with getting the place cleaner than it was, spiders, roaches, and ants were all in the house. We could not even sit on the furniture outside because it was dirty and the roaches. They scattered when you went out but it was still bad. The place was a little clean but one of beds had ants in it and I had to pull the sheets off and wash them myself. The steps to the dock were so hard to get by because there were so many bees, 2...

"The home is amazing and it was such a great place to bring a large group. As other reviews have said, it could use some updates, but we thoroughly enjoyed the place and will comeback next year! The property is not in Buford and it was listed as such. It is in Gainesville on the backside of the lake. Hopefully VRBO corrects this. The owner was great to work with."

"We stayed here over Memorial Weekend for a family wedding at the Bradford house and Gardens. The location was perfect. The house had plenty of room for our family to spread out. The beds were super comfortable. We loved the patio for our morning coffee. The only thing that caught us off guard was that the driveway was pretty steep and found it easier to park at the bottom of the driveway. The host made us brownies which was a delightful treat."

"We ended up needing to come to town for our nephews graduation. This location was perfect for us and was within 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to be. The views were great and we enjoyed our time in the pool while watching the birds and lizards we don’t have around us at home. We will be returning on our next visit out!"
