We will rent this VRBO location for our new employees. Whenever I am in Atlanta /Stone Mountain Ga. For work or pleasure I will certainly stay in The Stone Mountain Gem!"

"There was this freeze wheather that froze the water pipe. Within minutes the owner was down looking at it and came up with a solution. Beautiful, quiet, and private neighborhood. We had to walk in front entrance of the house to get to the apartment, which at first was a little uncomfortable but got used to it. The owners were very responsive to everything."

"This property is a perfect little 2 bedroom/2 bath. Private deck that looks over the hosts beautiful property, then on to the lake. Every morning we walk the property down to the lake as we sipped our morning coffee. The place was spotless, beds were comfy, and just perfect for a weekend or extended getaway. "My family loved staying at this rental. We had some hiccups, but Montell made everything work out. We were in town for a wedding, and the rental accidentally was double booked. Montell handled it and made life easy for me and my family who were in town for a wedding. We enjoyed our stay. The only feedback I have is to provide clearer instructions for location checkin and check out instructions. Overall, the value was great and communication was good."

"Just stayed over night as I had some dates shuffle. Very quick in replying to messages and very kind. Place has everything you should need, and the AC was nice and cold. Just had the sidewalk poured so that will be very nice for the next guest to enjoy."

"The home is amazing and it was such a great place to bring a large group. As other reviews have said, it could use some updates, but we thoroughly enjoyed the place and will comeback next year! The property is not in Buford and it was listed as such. It is in Gainesville on the backside of the lake. Hopefully VRBO corrects this. The owner was great to work with."

"We stayed here over Memorial Weekend for a family wedding at the Bradford house and Gardens. The location was perfect. The house had plenty of room for our family to spread out. The beds were super comfortable. We loved the patio for our morning coffee. The only thing that caught us off guard was that the driveway was pretty steep and found it easier to park at the bottom of the driveway. The host made us brownies which was a delightful treat."

"We ended up needing to come to town for our nephews graduation. This location was perfect for us and was within 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to be. The views were great and we enjoyed our time in the pool while watching the birds and lizards we don’t have around us at home. We will be returning on our next visit out!"
