"Clean, well managed central Hull hotel. Food and room priced well, staff polite and helpful. Would recommend."

"Helpful host, good breakfast and ideally situated. Parking on the road next to guest house, permit available through host. Only downside was the room and bathroom were very small, with a sloping roof. Having said that we would go back, just ask not to have that room."

"Following three failed attempts to check in on arrival due to an unmanned desk, the rest of the stay was excellent, mostly down to the wonderful Sunny whom ensured our stay was comfortable and with plenty of supplies due to the weather conditions. The only downside was a faulty light in our room which constantly flashed on and off during the night which disturbed our sleep a little. We reported it twice, hoping for repair or a change of room but it was a weekend so no maintenance was available...

"Lovely hotel, great to have a 4* hotel allow dogs, loved the letter to him :) Couldn't go in the restaurant for breakfast but was able to bring our food into a separate area that worked well. Ideal location with massive field right in front of hotel to walk him & town centre within 15-20 mins walk. Staff all seemed to be friendly & helpful, thanks"

"Characterful hotel. ( hence Very creaky floors). Plenty of space in room and other areas. Great staff - friendly helpful service. Breakfast limited but adequate. Conveniently placed in a Wonderful setting in a glorious town & area. "
