"Good location close to the Minster. Room was on the main road side of the building, but we'll sound proofed. Some noise from the bar, but this is expected in a pub. Problem with loss of hot water pressure on the final morning was irritating, but these things happen. Clean and comfortable. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment on the food. "

Room was very warm, no water in the room and pillows were far too soft, although there were two each. It’s about 15 minutes walk to town, which was nice. Leeds was nice place to spend the weekend."

"Only stayed one night so not long enough for a proper opinion. Everything ok with hotel itself but surroundings ( supermarket, McDonald's, back of a pub ,factory) a bit "industrial ". Only issue was with key card which refused to work because apparently it had been wiped by the security scanner in the supermarket. Good access to motorway. "
