They graciously kept our luggage until our check in time and once again on our departure date. We ate at the hotel several times. It was a convenient option to eat at the hotel. The food was not fabulous and very expensive. The coffee is horrible. We were charged a hidden $50 per day fee. The bed was comfortable. "

"This hotel is only a block from the NoMa Gallaudet U metro station. This wag important to me as I use the metro for transport. The rooms are small and intelligently designed. I enjoyed the pop culture, hipster vibe. Taryn and Anthony were amazing. They worked at the desk and as bartenders. Although the location is convenient for transportation, I don't think I would feel comfortable walking in the neighborhood alone at night. The room was great for one person. I imagine it would be cramped with two. I like that everything can be controlled with the provided tablet - lights, TV, alarm, mood.... The tablet was a bit slow, but the tech was fun to use. I love the LauraStar iron in the ironing room. Unfortunately the metal cover wouldn't stay on, but I was able to make it work. "
