"Beautifully restored appartment on a quiet street in Georgetown. The checkin was easy, the location was wonderful. Everything we needed for our stay was there and a grocery store was just a few blocks away for any additional items. It was perfect for what we needed. Parking is always an issue in Georgetown, but during the day we had no problem finding a spot right near our building. "This was a perfect place for us to stay for our two week visit to DC. The bus stop was at the corner and it was a short ride to the subway station. Great to be able to do some moderate food prep and laundry during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet. No shops or eateries within walking distance, but we just wanted to rest after long days of sightseeing. Host was very responsive and there were no housekeeping issues."

We traveled with two senior citizens who struggled with the walk up to the 4th floor apartment. "The neighborhood is pretty decent, although it looks like it is going through a rebuilding process at the time I stayed. The place was a bit dusty, the owner did not respond well when I needed it, some of the furniture was really cheap and wobbly, and the bed was horrible. I would say, in hindsight, I wish I had picked another place for the money I spent."

"This hotel is only a block from the NoMa Gallaudet U metro station. This wag important to me as I use the metro for transport. The rooms are small and intelligently designed. I enjoyed the pop culture, hipster vibe. Taryn and Anthony were amazing. They worked at the desk and as bartenders. Although the location is convenient for transportation, I don't think I would feel comfortable walking in the neighborhood alone at night. The room was great for one person. I imagine it would be cramped with two. I like that everything can be controlled with the provided tablet - lights, TV, alarm, mood.... The tablet was a bit slow, but the tech was fun to use. I love the LauraStar iron in the ironing room. Unfortunately the metal cover wouldn't stay on, but I was able to make it work. "
